A full load should mean a clear amount of space.

“A full truck” is not the same size everywhere. Ask about the actual box dimensions when comparing quotes. A larger trailer can accommodate a bigger pile of bulky household junk before its box is full.

What is included in your quote?

Your quote covers the agreed loading and hauling scope. Before accepting, we will explain the removal work, disposal arrangements, and any special handling that applies to your job. Tell us about all items before we quote so the total reflects the whole pickup.

What can change the price?

The material

Concrete, dirt, roofing, and other dense debris can reach weight limits before the trailer is full. These jobs need a material-specific quote.

The access

Stairs, long carries, tight passages, limited parking, or dismantling can add work. Share these details in your request.

The scope

Demolition, special handling, added items, or multiple loads require an appropriate quote. Ask for the updated total before extra work begins.

Here is how we keep pricing clear.

  1. Show us the complete job. Text wide photos of the pile, close-ups of bulky items, your ZIP code, and access details.
  2. Get an estimate. We discuss the volume, material, and work involved.
  3. Approve the final price before loading. We confirm the actual items and access on site. Changes to the job should be agreed before we proceed.

Compare quotes for the same job.

Compare capacity, items included, lifting, disposal, access, and any additional charges. Our larger box is useful for bulky cleanouts, but capacity alone does not tell you which company’s final quote is lower.

Payment and pickup timing

Payment is due at the end of the job. A 3.5% card fee applies to card payments; ask about payment options before confirming. Our preferred pickup hours are 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific, seven days a week. A form submission requests a pickup—it does not reserve a time until we confirm.

What cannot go in the trailer?

We do not accept paints or corrosives. Ask before including chemicals, unknown liquids, or unusual materials. Heavy debris must be discussed before pickup.
