Our minimum applies to small pickups. A house, estate, or larger cleanout is quoted for the amount of work involved.
Standard full household trailer: $950. Heavy materials, difficult access, and extra work are assessed separately.What shapes your quote?

Before your cleanout.
Do I need to move everything outside?
Tell us where the items are. We handle the agreed lifting and hauling from the property. Stairs, long carrying distances, and tight access can affect the quote.
Can you clear cabinets and closets?
Yes, when their unwanted contents are included in the agreed scope. Set aside valuables, documents, and anything you want to keep before work starts, and show us those items.
Is deep cleaning included?
No. This is a removal and hauling service. Deep cleaning, stain removal, and detailed cleanup of fine debris are not included.
What about paints or chemicals?
We do not accept paints or corrosives. Tell us about unusual materials before including them in your cleanout so we can confirm what we can take.
Can you work around my deadline?
Include your preferred date when requesting a quote. Preferred pickup hours are 10 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific daily. We confirm availability and the pickup time with you; a quote request does not reserve a slot.
